Introduction |
Ribavirin, also known as ribavirin, is considered a broad-spectrum antiviral. Colorless or white crystalline powder, odorless, tasteless. Stable at room temperature. Soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, chloroform and ether, etc. |
Application |
Ribavirin, a guanosine and hypoxanthine nucleoside analogues, is a broad-spectrum antiviral drug that has good inhibition against a variety of DNA and RNA viruses. It has many action sites, is not easy to produce drug resistance, high efficacy, low toxicity, small side effects and other characteristics, and has been used in the treatment of a variety of viruses. It is clinically used to treat hepatitis C virus, respiratory synspora virus and Lassa fever virus infection. |
